How many days does it take for my product to reach me?
We try our best to ensure the products reach you as quickly as possible.
● For occasion wear: The products should reach you in 15-20 working days from the date of order as these are made on order.
● For casual wear and accessories: The products should reach you in 7-10 working days from the date of order.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We are committed to delivering complete customer satisfaction with our products, backed by top-notch security and support. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return or exchange the order.
7-day Return Policy:
If your order arrives damaged or if you're not satisfied with the product, you can return it in its original, unused condition, along with the packaging and invoice, and get a refund. Our courier partner will collect the order from the provided address and will get it back to us.
Note: Shipments returned through any other logistic partner will not be accepted.
Return Charges:

Exchange Policy:
You can exchange the product within 7 days from the date of the delivery. The exchanged product will reach you within 5-7 working days from the day of receipt of the returned product.
What is your refund policy?
