Return and Exchange Policy

At Cult91, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth return and exchange process. Please review our guidelines below:

Return and Exchange Period

Exclusive Products (Above ₹4000): 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.
General Products (Below ₹3999): Return and exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Must request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Note: For international orders, we do not provide return or exchange pickup services. International shipments from our warehouse in Pune undergo stringent quality checks to avoid any product-related issues.

Return Eligibility

Items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. For defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us immediately at support@cult91.com.
Record a video of the parcel unpacking (showing the sealed package and inspecting the product) to expedite claim processing.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@cult91.com to request a return.
2. After approval, we’ll arrange a pickup and provide a return shipping label.
3. A ₹100 return shipping fee will be deducted from the exchange value.

Important: Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

To ensure faster service, return the item and place a new order for the desired product once the return is accepted.
Once an item has been exchanged, it will no longer qualify for further exchanges or returns.

 

Refund Policy

At Cult91, we strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Refunds are offered under specific circumstances as outlined below:

Refund Eligibility:  Products must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds apply to:Damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

Items where replacements or exchanges are unavailable.

Refunds are not applicable for:

Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotions.
Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products.
Items exchanged once.
Items purchased at a discount are not eligible for refunds. If defective, an exchange will be offered.
After inspection, refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 24 hours. Please allow your bank or card provider time to process the refund.

Processing Time

Exclusive Products: Within 3 business days of receiving the item.

General Products: Within 7 business days of receiving the item.

Refund Process

1. Contact us at support@cult91.com within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Provide the following:
o Order number.
o Photos of the defective/damaged item(s).
o Video of the unpacking process (if applicable).
3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

 

Refund Timeline

• Notification of refund status within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Approved refunds will be processed within 24 hours.

Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Important Notes

Discounted Items: Refunds are not applicable. Defective items will be exchanged.
Shipping Charges: Non-refundable. For approved refunds, a ₹100 return shipping fee will be deducted.
International Orders: Refunds are not applicable.
