The customer must provide a cancelled cheque along with the returned product in order to initiate the return process. It takes 7-15 working days for the amount to get refunded directly into the customer’s back account.

Exchanges
You can exchange the product within 7 days from the date of the delivery. The exchanged product will reach you within 5-7 working days from the day of receipt of the returned product.
